By registering and participating in our activities, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
AGREEMENTS FOR THE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
As men and women of value, we are committed to creating agreements that frame the relationships between Team members, as well as their relationships with their environment. Our goal is to create a safe space for transformation, where WIN-WIN is the premise, and where the RESPONSIBILITY of each and every member of the PLD is sufficient guarantee that the LEADERSHIP PROCESS develops under conditions of EXCELLENCE. These AGREEMENTS, to which we adhere as free human beings committed to the Transformation Process, are:
A LEADER IS HIS WORD.
Every expression of your word will be an expression of the possibility of life and will emanate from LOVE. A leader is his word, and as such, he commits to keeping it and using it as an instrument of positive creation for himself and his environment.
A LEADER DOES NOT PERSONALIZE.
Since you are the sole owner and master of your thoughts, expressions, and actions, the circumstances that arise around you have nothing to do with you if you don't take them personally. Judging others is not an option in the vision of a Leader.
A LEADER DOES NOT ASSUME.
He always finds a way to ask the right question and express what he wants. He goes straight to the SOURCE, avoiding gossip and misinterpretation. He communicates with others clearly and precisely.

The following points are part of the mandatory Code of Conduct for the Leadership Program (PLD):
At Con Ciencia de Ser, punctuality is a fundamental value: a leader never arrives on time, they arrive with time.
Attendance at the four mandatory training sessions for new leaders is non-negotiable.
Every leader, regardless of their rank within the Leadership Program, who commits to participating in volunteer or support activities must:
1. Inform at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend, manage and communicate the name of the person who will fill your place, ensuring the continuity of the assigned activity.
This responsibility applies to any role, including, but not limited to, hosting calls, leading training sessions, presenting awards, or participating as a listener in telephone or online sessions.
Failure to comply with this provision may result in corrective measures in accordance with the organization's internal policies.
2. Keeping their word on follow-up calls. Any participant who fails to make three consecutive calls without prior negotiation with their LEADER will be reported to the Senior or directly to the General Director, who will call them to generate a new commitment. If they repeat the offense by missing three consecutive calls, they will be called to an evaluation call with the PLD coaches for an interview to reaffirm their true commitment to their life. This violation will be grounds for probation and eventual expulsion from the PLD. If a leader at any rank fails to make their call, or their direct leader fails to answer five consecutive calls without negotiation, they will automatically be demoted.
3. It is strictly prohibited to use, share, or reproduce the directories, lists, or contact information of members of the training or direct enrollment processes for personal, commercial, or purposes unrelated to the objectives of Con Ciencia de Ser.
All interactions and communications with members must be conducted exclusively within the framework of formal program activities, the sole purpose of which is the training and development established by the organization. This prohibition remains in effect even after participation in the program ends.
4. It is strictly prohibited to begin any romantic, intimate, or sexual relationship with any participant in the Con Ciencia de Ser process until after the completion of the leadership program, unless such a relationship already exists at the start of the training. Failure to comply with this point of the Code of Conduct will result in probation and possible expulsion from the PLD. CON CIENCIA DE SER’S CODE OF CONDUCT
5. Malicious comments and disrespect for the integrity of training members, regardless of their rank, are strictly prohibited. The respect and integrity of all those in the training are a supreme value. Everyone's opinions are valued as long as they do not imply disrespect for others. Judging others is not an option in a leader's vision. In the event of noncompliance, an evaluation meeting will be held with the involved parties. In the event of a violation that undermines the prestige or integrity of any person, a decision may be made to continue or withdraw from the training, which may result in the parties being placed "under observation" or their removal from the Leadership Program.
6. If a leader leaves the training during their leadership process, they will not be able to participate as a leader in any future training sessions. Unless there has been a negotiation with their leader. However, they will be able to return as a participant. For each LP they miss, they will be lowered by one rank.
7. Multiple times in the same rank, if a participant, leader, senior or executive director has been in that rank 3 times or if a general director or co-trainer has been in their rank 4 times, (according to their growth and opening of their consciousness) they will be given the opportunity to be a participant or to leave the training.
It is strictly prohibited to obtain, attempt to obtain, or solicit personal information from family members or individuals enrolled in training through any unauthorized means, including, but not limited to:
• Listen to audio reports shared in the Seniors chat for purposes other than those established by the program.
• Asking questions to leaders or other members for the purpose of accessing personal or sensitive data.
This provision protects the privacy, integrity, and trust of all participants, and failure to comply may result in disciplinary action in accordance with Con Ciencia de Ser's internal policies.
9. Confidentiality of what is shared in each call. When uploading reports, it is not necessary to specify private matters the participant has shared with their leader. Mention the area you will be working on, omitting intimate details. Confidentiality and integrity must be implicit in every call or topic discussed during training.
The official Con Ciencia de Ser WhatsApp chat is a communication channel exclusively for team coordination, support, and strengthening.
10. When sharing personal achievements or progress, participants must ensure that the content is strictly their own personal results related to the training process, avoiding any messages, images, links, or comments that directly or indirectly invite, promote, or suggest participation in external activities, including those disseminated through social media or other means.
Using the chat for purposes unrelated to the program's objectives constitutes a violation of this Code of Conduct and may result in corrective measures in accordance with internal policies.
Important note: If a participant or leader of any rank engages in a major breach of integrity or fails to respect agreements, context, or codes of conduct, PLD Coaches will assess the situation and may place them on probation (under observation) or exclude them from training.
1. Free Access and Participation
All content, sessions, workshops, and spaces offered by Con Ciencia de Ser, owned by Ancestral Awareness Inc., are free of charge. Online registration is voluntary and does not imply any financial commitment. We reserve the right to modify this policy in the future, with prior notice to participants.
2. Purpose of the Platform
Con Ciencia de Ser is an educational and collaborative space that brings together leaders from around the world to share tools, experiences, and reflections on conscious leadership, professional innovation, and personal transformation.
3. Participant Responsibility
By registering, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during participation. The activities offered do not replace medical advice, psychological support, or clinical therapy. We encourage personal and professional discernment when applying any shared content.
4. Confidentiality and Respect
We are committed to protecting participant privacy. All information shared in group or individual sessions will be treated as confidential. Likewise, each participant is expected to respect the integrity, diversity, and privacy of others.
5. Appropriate Use of the Platform
This platform may not be used for commercial, promotional, or political purposes without express authorization. Any behavior that compromises group safety, respect, or harmony may result in access suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, recordings, and texts shared by Con Ciencia de Ser which is owned by Ancestral Awareness Inc are the property of their authors or collaborators. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of such content is not permitted without prior authorization.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Any modifications will be published on the website and will take effect upon publication.

Como Hombres y Mujeres de valor que somos, estamos comprometidos a crear acuerdos que enmarquen las relaciones entre los miembros del Equipo, así como las relaciones con su entorno. Es nuestro propósito generar un espacio de transformación seguro, donde EL GANAR-GANAR sea la premisa, y donde la RESPONSABILIDAD de todos y cada uno de los miembros del PLD sea suficiente garantía para que el PROCESO DE LIDERATO se desarrolle bajo condiciones de EXCELENCIA. Estos ACUERDOS a los cuales adherimos como seres humanos libres y comprometidos con el Proceso de Transformación son:
UN LIDER ES SU PALABRA.
Toda manifestación de tu palabra será una expresión de posibilidad de vida y emanará desde el AMOR. Un Líder es su palabra y como tal se compromete a cumplirla y a utilizarla como instrumento de creación positiva para sí mismo y su entorno.
UN LIDER NO PERSONALIZA.
Dado que eres el único dueño y señor de tus pensamientos, expresiones y acciones, las circunstancias que se generen a tu alrededor no tienen que ver contigo si no las tomas de manera personal. Juzgar a los demás no es una posibilidad en la visión de un Líder.
UN LIDER NO SUPONE.
Siempre encuentra la forma de hacer la pregunta y expresar lo que desea. Va a la FUENTE, evitando chismes y malas interpretaciones. Se comunica con los demás de una manera clara y precisa.
UN LIDER ES 100%

Los siguientes puntos forman parte del Código de Conducta mandatorio para el Programa de Liderato (PLD):
En Con Ciencia de Ser, la puntualidad es un valor fundamental: un líder nunca llega a tiempo, llega con tiempo.
La asistencia a las cuatro capacitaciones obligatorias para líderes nuevos es innegociable.
Todo líder, sin importar su rango dentro del Programa de Liderato, que se comprometa a participar en actividades de voluntariado o apoyo, deberá:
1. Informar con al menos 24 horas de anticipación en caso de no poder asistir, gestionar y comunicar el nombre de la persona que cubrirá su lugar, asegurando la continuidad de la actividad asignada.
Esta responsabilidad aplica para cualquier función, incluyendo, pero no limitada a: hosting de llamadas, dirección de capacitaciones, presentación de distinciones o participación como oyente en sesiones telefónicas o en línea.
El incumplimiento de esta disposición podrá derivar en medidas correctivas conforme a las políticas internas de la organización.
2. Cumplimiento de su palabra en las llamadas de seguimiento. El participante que incumpla con tres llamadas consecutivas sin realizar una negociación previa a su LIDER será reportado al Senior o directamente al Director General, quien lo llamará para generar un nuevo compromiso. En caso de reincidir faltando nuevamente a tres llamadas consecutivas o no, será citado a una evaluación a una llamada de evaluación con los coaches de PLD para una entrevista conducente a reafirmar el compromiso real con su vida. Esta falta será motivo de Probatoria y eventual expulsión del PLD. En caso que un líder de cualquier rango no realice su llamada o su líder directo no conteste 5 llamadas acumuladas o consecutivas sin negociación bajará de rango automáticamente.
3. Queda estrictamente prohibido utilizar, compartir o reproducir los directorios, listados o datos de contacto de los miembros del entrenamiento o de procesos de enrolamiento directo para fines personales, comerciales o ajenos a los objetivos de Con Ciencia de Ser..
Toda interacción y comunicación con los miembros deberá realizarse exclusivamente en el marco de las actividades formales del programa, cuyo único propósito es el entrenamiento y desarrollo establecidos por la organización. Esta prohibición se mantiene vigente incluso después de finalizada la participación en el programa
4. Queda estrictamente prohibido iniciar alguna relación amorosa, intima o sexual con cualquier participante de los procesos de Con Ciencia de Ser hasta pasada la culminación del programa de liderato, a no ser que dicha relación ya exista al iniciar el Entrenamiento. Faltar a este punto del Código de Conducta será motivo de probatoria y eventual expulsión del PLD. CODIGOS DE CONDUCTA DE CON CIENCIA DEL SER
5. Queda estrictamente prohibido comentarios mal intencionados y faltas de respeto a la integridad de los miembros del entrenamiento cualquiera sea su rango. El respeto y la integridad de todas las personas del entrenamiento es un valor supremo. Las opiniones de todos son valoradas siempre que no impliquen falta de respeto hacia los demás. Juzgar a los demás no es una posibilidad en la visión de un líder. En caso de incumplir se realizará una llamada de evaluación con las partes involucradas y en caso de violación que menoscabe el prestigio o integridad de cualquier persona se podrá decidir la continuidad o no en el entrenamiento lo cual puede resultar en someter a las partes a un estado “bajo observación“ o bien, su retiro del Programa de Liderato.
6. Si un líder abandona el entrenamiento durante su proceso como líder, no podrá volver a colaborar como líder en ningún otro entrenamiento futuro. A menos que haya habido una negociación con su líder. Pero sí podrá volver como participante. Por cada PL que se ausente se le bajará un rango.
7. Varias veces en un mismo rango, si un participante, líder, senior o director ejecutivo lleva 3 veces en ése rango o si un director general o co-entrenador lleva 4 veces en su rango, (de acuerdo con su crecimiento y apertura de su consciencia) se le dará la oportunidad de ser participante o bien salir del entrenamiento.
8. Queda estrictamente prohibido obtener, intentar obtener o solicitar información personal de familiares o personas enroladas en el entrenamiento mediante cualquier medio no autorizado, incluyendo, pero no limitado a:
• Escuchar reportes de audio compartidos en el chat de Seniors con fines distintos a los establecidos por el programa.
• Formular preguntas a líderes u otros miembros con el propósito de acceder a datos personales o sensibles. Esta disposición protege la privacidad, la integridad y la confianza de todos los participantes, y su incumplimiento podrá derivar en medidas disciplinarias conforme a las políticas internas de Con Ciencia de Ser.
9. Confidencialidad de lo que se comparte en cada llamada, al momento de subir los reportes no es necesario especificar las cuestiones privadas que el participante haya compartido con su líder. Mencionar el área que va a trabajar omitiendo detalles íntimos. La CONFIDENCIALIDAD E INTEGRIDAD debe estar implícita en cada llamada o tema que se trate dentro del entrenamiento.
El chat oficial de WhatsApp de Con Ciencia de Ser es un canal de comunicación destinado exclusivamente a la coordinación, apoyo y fortalecimiento del equipo.
10. Al compartir información logros o avances personales, el participante deberá asegurarse de que el contenido sea estrictamente un resultado propio relacionado con el proceso de entrenamiento, evitando cualquier mensaje, imagen, enlace o comentario que directa o indirectamente invite, promueva o sugiera la participación en actividades externas, incluidas aquellas difundidas a través de redes sociales u otros medios.
El uso del chat para fines ajenos a los objetivos del programa constituye una falta a este Código de Conducta y podrá derivar en medidas correctivas conforme a las políticas internas.
Nota importante: En caso de que un participante o líder de cualquier rango incurra en una falta mayor de integridad o que no respete los acuerdos, el contexto o códigos de conducta, los Coaches de PLD evaluarán la situación y podrá declararlo en probatoria (bajo observación) o excluirlo del entrenamiento.

Todos los contenidos, sesiones, talleres y espacios ofrecidos por Con Ciencia de Ser quien es propiedad de Ancestral Awareness Inc son gratuitos. El registro en línea es voluntario y no implica ningún compromiso económico. Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar esta política en el futuro, notificando previamente a los participantes.
2. Propósito de la plataforma
Con Ciencia de Ser es un espacio educativo y colaborativo que reúne líderes de distintas partes del mundo para compartir herramientas, experiencias y reflexiones sobre liderazgo consciente, innovación profesional y transformación personal.
3. Responsabilidad del participante
Al registrarte, reconoces que eres responsable de tu bienestar físico, mental y emocional durante tu participación. Las actividades ofrecidas no sustituyen asesoramiento médico, psicológico ni terapias clínicas. Recomendamos discernimiento personal y profesional al aplicar cualquier contenido compartido.
4. Confidencialidad y respeto
Nos comprometemos a proteger la privacidad de los participantes. Toda información compartida en sesiones grupales o individuales será tratada como confidencial. Asimismo, se espera que cada participante respete la integridad, diversidad y privacidad de los demás.
5. Uso adecuado de la plataforma
Está prohibido utilizar esta plataforma para fines comerciales, promocionales o políticos sin autorización expresa. Cualquier conducta que afecte la seguridad, el respeto o la armonía del grupo podrá derivar en la suspensión del acceso.
6. Propiedad intelectual
Todos los contenidos, materiales, grabaciones y textos compartidos por Con Ciencia de Serquien es propiedad de Ancestral Awareness Inc son propiedad de sus autores o colaboradores. No está permitido reproducir, distribuir o modificar dichos contenidos sin autorización previa.
7. Modificaciones a los términos
Nos reservamos el derecho de actualizar estos términos en cualquier momento.
