First Level

Each participant is assigned a leader for 45 days, after 45 days there is a change of leaders to complete 90 days of training.

Leaders are trained weekly to integrate leadership tools with each of their participants.

Senior

This rank allows you to develop leadership skills to influence a team of people who are already working to lead an organization of leaders.

Executive Director

The executive's competencies include maintaining and implementing the tools and skills to achieve clarity in their lines, identifying and executing the program across the entire team.

Managing Director

The leader of an entire organization, from leaders to participants, this position develops leadership and the responsibility of measuring results, handling any situation throughout its entire lifespan. It's the closest thing to a coach.

Transformational Coach

He is the source of energy for all his teams, from general to participant. He is the one who drives the energy of his teams and is fully committed to ensuring that everything moves in order and grows.
