El 11 de Enero a las 7:00pm podrás abrir el registro que te llevara a un grupo de espera y el 25 de Enero 12:00pm comenzamos con el en vivo inicial para comenzar con la introducción al programa, al terminar aparecerá un formulario para medir tu claridad y participación en el programa.

Con Ciencia de Ser is a global network of leaders that drives human growth through integral transformational leadership, operating as a non‑profit organization.

Con Ciencia de Ser is an international initiative dedicated to human development and support, bringing together more than 90 leaders across 22 countries and offering free access to transformational leadership training. Its purpose is to expand awareness, strengthen individual and collective capacities, and generate positive impact within the communities where each participant serves.

The program is designed with a clear leadership‑rank structure that allows each person to advance in their development process and take on greater responsibilities within the network:

• Leaders → Those who begin the path, applying personal growth tools with new participants.

• Seniors → A more advanced level of commitment and experience, supporting new leaders in their training.

• Executive Directors → They coordinate teams and projects, ensuring that the tools are implemented within the support lines.

• General Directors → They oversee broader management areas, integrating strategies and ensuring the sustainability of the process.

• Coaches → They work directly with the general directors, facilitating processes of transformation and transformational leadership.

Thanks to this structure, Con Ciencia de Ser not only offers a learning environment but also a progressive growth pathway, where each rank reflects a higher level of responsibility, service, and capacity for impact.

PROGRAM RANkS

First Level

Each participant will be assigned to a leader for 45 days. After the first 45 days, they will transition to a new leader to complete a total of 90 days of training.

Leader

Leaders receive weekly training to integrate the leadership tools with each of their participants.

Senior

This rank allows participants to develop leadership competencies that enable them to influence a team of individuals who are already working on leading a leadership‑based organization.

Executive Director

The skills of an Executive involve sustaining and applying the tools and competencies needed to ensure clarity within their support lines, as well as the identification and execution of the program across their entire corresponding team.

General Director

This role is the head of the entire organization, from leaders to participants. It develops leadership and carries the responsibility of measuring results and managing any situation within its entire line. It is the position closest to that of a coach.

Transformacional Coach

It is the source of energy for all their lines, from general directors to participants. This role drives the energy of the teams and assumes full responsibility for ensuring that everything moves in order and continuous growth.
